Eligibility and acceptance

Guest daily tarot is available without an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit an inquiry, or send personal information. By using those features you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Spiritual-content disclaimer

Tarot, astrology, dream interpretation, palmistry information, mantras, and spiritual guidance are provided for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, emergency, or other regulated professional advice. Do not use SOULIAT as the sole basis for important decisions. Contact qualified services when you need professional or urgent help.

Accounts and manual services

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and notify us of suspected misuse. A submitted inquiry is a request for a manual response, not a guarantee of timing, outcome, availability, or prediction. No payments, credits, or subscriptions are offered in this release.

Acceptable use

Do not threaten, harass, impersonate, exploit, spam, upload illegal content, violate another person's privacy or intellectual property, or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict access to protect users and the service, subject to applicable law and an appeal by email.

Content, availability, and third parties

SOULIAT content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain rights in your submissions while permitting their processing to deliver the requested service. GitHub Pages, Supabase, FormSubmit, and email providers may support the service. Availability is not guaranteed, but these Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Changes, complaints, and governing law

Material changes will be dated and presented for renewed acceptance where required. Complaints may be sent to supportsouliat@gmail.com. Governing law and competent consumer authority will be stated after the controller's real country is verified; mandatory rights in your country remain unaffected.
